One of my favorite birthday presents this year was this First Slice Pie Spatula. It bakes right into the pie. And we all know I make lots of pies, well at least lots of chicken potpies! I LOVE it!! Thanks Heather!

A perfect first slice - every time! Set the spatula into your pie tin and place the unbaked crust on top. The lip of the spatula hangs over the lip of the pie tin. Bake pie as usual. When it's ready to serve simply cut along the edge of the spatula, and the first slice lifts right out. No crumbling, no breaking.
